No. 5170) broadens the circle of persons authorized to control observance of this Law and draw up protocols on the respective infringements. It supplements the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements with two new clauses 77-2, 77-3, and presents a new version of clause 77-1, abidance by which shall be monitored by the authorized bodies.

The Committee members supported the bill, as its adoption will promote protection and rational use of land resources, and become an effective tool for suspending legislative violations.
